A solo exhibition by Princeton artist Aiko Nishioka in the Solley Lobby, drawing on her natural surroundings, from the mountains of the Pacific Northwest to the scenes outside her Princeton studio window, with an eye for movement, shifting light and seasons, and hidden bursts of color. Nishioka holds an MFA from Parsons and explored the Japanese idea of komorebi, light filtering through trees, during a 2014 residency in Puglia, Italy. The opening reception is Friday, December 18, 5–7pm.
