Food writer, librarian and historian Becky Libourel Diamond presents "City Tavern: The Founding Table," about the Philadelphia tavern where Continental Congress delegates and George Washington dined and debated. The illustrated book looks at the Revolution through the tavern's food, drink and business. Presented with Experience Princeton, Morven Museum & Garden and the Historical Society of Princeton.
