Teams use NASA and partner space-agency data to tackle real-world challenges written by NASA experts, on topics from storytelling and software to astrophysics, space exploration and agriculture. No coding expertise is needed: all ages and skill levels are welcome, and solo registrants are paired into teams. Day 1 (Sat., Nov. 14, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.) covers check-in, a challenge walkthrough and hacking; Day 2 (Sun., Nov. 15, 1–4 p.m.) is team presentations and mentor feedback. Register for each session through the NASA Space Apps website.
