A one-hour guided tour of the special exhibition Basquiat, the Blue Ribbon Paintings, and the Art of Reproduction, which examines Jean-Michel Basquiat’s engagement with replication and reproductive media. The tour looks at his lesser-known Blue Ribbon Paintings series in the context of 1980s ideas of authorship and appropriation. Meet at the information desk.
