Four public servants discuss their new book, which draws on the spirit of Thomas Paine's 1776 pamphlet "Common Sense" to defend constitutional democracy and suggest practical actions ordinary citizens can take. The authors are law professor Ronald Collins, Delaware State Senator Russell Huxtable, Lewes Mayor Amy Marasco and Paul Sparrow, former director of the FDR Presidential Library; the organizers describe it as a non-partisan event.
