Award-winning historian and author William “Larry” Kidder draws on his newest book, River of Victory, to examine the Continental Army’s multiple crossings of the Delaware in December 1776, its encampments in Bucks County, raids into New Jersey and Washington’s decision to attack Trenton. The free lecture is part of the park’s lecture series and is offered in a hybrid format; pre-registration is required for all participants.
